AYLUS (Pearland Texas Branch) is a non-profit student organization that carries out volunteer projects aimed at benefiting their communities here in the U.S. and around the world.
Founded in 1993, MedWish International is a not-for-profit organization that saves the environment by repurposing discarded medical supplies and equipment to provide humanitarian aid in developing countries.
In April of 2016 MedWish International donated a 40-foot container of medical equipment and supplies which were shipped to Otukpo General Hospital, Benue State Nigeria. The shipment was sponsored by Idoma Association USA in collaboration with Med Alliance International. Upon the arrival of the shipment, the supplies were distributed among the all nine Idoma local government area general hospitals.
Ntwatwa Paul Gardens of Katende (MPIGI District of Uganda) & St. Jude Secondary School of Katende (MPIGI District of Uganda) has been instrumental in the production and dissemination of health education training programs, organizing outreach programs and creating local employment opportunities in collaboration with MAI.
Snakebite Treatment Foundation aims to provide affordable treatment to victims of snakebite. Educating both healthcare workers and at-risk populations on prevention and injury management.
