MAI promotes the well-being and access to quality health care in under-served communities globally by utilizing a community-based approach. Members from the targeted communities contribute to the development of health education campaigns, training and services, thereby broadening their skills to replicate programs and advocacy strategies.

2011
Grace Dama organized and coordinated a week-long medical mission in the town of Doma, Nasarawa State Nigeria. The impact of this mission changed her life forever.
2013
Grace Dama organized a week-long Health Fair to Katende-Mpigi District Uganda in collaboration with the Ugandan Health Department –Mpigi District Uganda.
2015
Med Alliance International (MAI) was formally founded.
2016
MAI in collaboration with Idoma Association USA shipped a 40-ft container of medical equipment and supplies to Idoma General Hospitals in Benue State Nigeria. Idoma Association USA sponsored the shipment.
